The applicant must deposit the registration, processing and publishing fees only in the bank account mentioned in the invoice.
   
    The applicant must receive the official confirmation from EWR before organizing any event/ceremony.
	
    The organizers must take written approval from EWR at least 7 days before organizing the event.
    The organizers must correspond with EWR officials through the official mail id of EWR only
	
    In the case of a mass event, the schedule of the event and participants' list must be shared with EWR.
	
    The organizers must assign a coordinator with World Book of Records until the event concludes.
	
    The organizers must book a venue with world-class amenities. EWR officials will examine the venue before attending the event.
	
    The Organizers must use the logo, backdrops and designs provided by EWR officials only. Any use of unapproved design or logo may lead to cancellation of the record.
	
    It is mandatory for the organizers to formally introduce EWR officials in the event. The content for the same will be provided by EWR.
	
    The organizers must schedule a 10 minutes slot for EWR officials to acquaint World Book of Records and the awardees.
	
    The organizers must maintain high-class professionalism during the event. Any mismanagement will lead to cancellation of the record.
	
    The organizers must share all the pictures, videos, press release, and social media promotions within 7 days of concluding the event.
	
    The Press and Media must solely be handled by the organizers.
	
    Provisional Certificate will be awarded only after completing the necessary scrutiny and adjudication by EWR officials. The final certificate will be bestowed in the award ceremony.
	
    The organizers must bear all the expenses including travel, local travel, and stay (Hotel preferred by EWR).
	
    The organizers must coordinate with EWR's travel advisors for inviting EWR adjudicators to their event.

    EWR doesn't bear any responsibility if the event gets canceled or postponed in any circumstances.
	
    The decision of the jury will stand final and irrevocable. The Record Title decided by World Book of Records will be unalterable.
	
    The Authorized Certificate of Participation is an 
	Intellectual property of EWR and any alteration, misuse, copy or fabrication of the certificate will attract legal actions against the organizers/applicant.
    
	The organizers are not entitled to bestow any self-generated participation certificates during the event. 
	
     If organizers are found guilty, EWR will initiate legal actions.
